A community business survey will help employers plan their future workforce.
EmployerOne will also help our community address skills, training, education and labour gaps identified by employers.
The survey will be conducted January 2nd to 31st in the London Economic Region (Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford). Employers will be asked to complete the annual survey, which gives businesses a voice to talk about their workforce and human resource issues, needs and challenges.
EmployerOne is supported by Elgin, Middlesex and Oxford Counties as well as over 40 business, employment, education, workforce and economic development organizations. The Elgin Middlesex Oxford Workforce Planning and Development Board is conducting the survey.
